1.  Selection Stages:

• The selection process may include an Online Examination, Group Discussion (if conducted), Application Screening, and/ or Personal Interview.
• The Bank reserves the right to determine the stages of the selection process.

2.  Online Examination Structure:

• Penalty for Wrong Answers: 0.25 marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer in objective tests.
• Cut-Off Scores: Candidates must achieve minimum scores in each test and overall to be considered for interview shortlisting. Final cut-offs will be decided by the Bank.

3. Language Proficiency Test (LPT):

• Candidates must demonstrate proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) in the local language of the applied state.
• Exemption from LPT is available for candidates with 10th or 12th-grade marksheets showing proficiency in the local language.

4. Personal Interview (PI):

• Candidates shortlisted on merit from the online examination will be invited for PI, based on merit and minimum qualifying marks.
• The interview carries 100 marks, with a minimum qualifying score of 40% (35% for reserved categories).
• The final score is a combination of the online exam and interview scores, weighted 80:20.
