📍 Job Profile Summary:

As an MSME Relationship Manager, your core responsibilities will include

• Identifying new business opportunities in the MSME sector.
• Achieving set targets in terms of business volume and profitability.
• Conducting due diligence and financial analysis of MSME clients.
• Deepening customer relationships and supporting MSME business onboarding.
• Cross-selling financial products and coordinating with various stakeholders.
• Reporting competitor activity and market trends to senior management.

📋 Terms of Engagement:

• Contract Duration: 1 year initially, renewable up to 3 years.
• Termination Clause: One month’s notice (from either side) or compensation in lieu.
• Remuneration: Will be negotiated based on the candidate’s experience and suitability. Subject to GST, paid by the Bank.
