📍 Job Profile Summary:
As an MSME Relationship Manager, your core responsibilities will include
- Identifying new business opportunities in the MSME sector.
- Achieving set targets in terms of business volume and profitability.
- Conducting due diligence and financial analysis of MSME clients.
- Deepening customer relationships and supporting MSME business onboarding.
- Cross-selling financial products and coordinating with various stakeholders.
- Reporting competitor activity and market trends to senior management.
📍 Posting Location:
Selected candidates can be posted at any branch/office across India, depending on bank’s requirements.
📋 Terms of Engagement:
- Contract Duration: 1 year initially, renewable up to 3 years.
- Termination Clause: One month’s notice (from either side) or compensation in lieu.
- Remuneration: Will be negotiated based on the candidate’s experience and suitability. Subject to GST, paid by the Bank.
