The recruitment process will be conducted through merit-based shortlisting and interview evaluation.
Total Evaluation: 100 Marks
- Academic Qualification—Up to 60 Marks
- Relevant Work Experience—Up to 15 Marks
- Additional marks (5 per year) beyond the minimum experience
- Personal Interview—Up to 25 Marks
- Conducted by a selection panel
In case of a tie, the older candidate (by age) gets preference. For Central Administrator roles, candidates’ proficiency in computer operations will be verified.
A three-candidate panel per post will be prepared to fill potential future vacancies. The panel remains valid for one year and can be extended if required.
