👩‍🔬 Eligibility: Students in the 2nd year of M.Sc. (Chemistry) from UGC-approved institutes. Internship must be part of the curriculum.

💸 Pay Scale:

  • Stipend: ₹5,000/- per month
  • Duration: 6 months (August 2025 to January 2026)

Interested candidates must follow these steps precisely to ensure a valid submission:

  1. Prepare your documents:
    • Duly filled application form (available in the advertisement)
    • Referral letter from your Principal or HOD on college letterhead
    • Photocopies of mark sheets (all completed semesters)
    • Aadhar card and college ID (photocopies)
    • 3 recent passport-sized photographs

The selection process is designed to ensure only the most deserving students are selected:

  1. Eligibility Screening:
    • Candidates must have a minimum CGPA of 7.5 or 75% aggregate.
    • Must be studying in a UGC/AICTE recognized institution.
  2. Document Verification:
    • All submitted documents will be validated.
    • In case of a tie, lower-degree marks will be considered as a tiebreaker.
  3. Interview Process:
    • Shortlisted candidates may undergo an online or telephonic interview.
    • Selection is entirely merit-based.
  4. Notification to Selected Students:
    • Only selected candidates will receive communication via email regarding joining instructions.
  5. Final Selection:
    • TBRL reserves full authority to modify the number of seats, eligibility criteria, or the entire process without prior notice.

These guidelines must be followed strictly during and after the internship:

  1. Attendance Requirement: Students must be present for at least 15 working days per month to receive the stipend.
  2. Stipend Disbursement:
    • Disbursed in two installments: one after 3 months and the remainder upon completion.
  3. Certification:
    • Issued only after successful completion of project work, progress report (3 months), and final report (6 months).
  4. Conduct & Compliance:
    • Strict adherence to lab rules and IT security protocols under the MoD.
    • An undertaking will be required regarding secrecy, data confidentiality, and non-participation in any other paid internship.
  5. Disqualifications:
    • Students leaving midway, involved in misconduct, or found submitting false information will not receive certificates or stipends.
  6. No Employment Assurance:
    • Completion of the internship does not guarantee any future employment at TBRL or DRDO.

Is this internship paid or unpaid?

It is a fully paid internship with a stipend of ₹5,000/month (terms apply).

Will DRDO provide accommodation or transport?

No, interns are responsible for their own boarding, lodging, and travel.

Can I apply online?

No. Applications must be submitted via Speed Post in the prescribed offline format only.
