🔍 Experience Criteria

  • AGM: Minimum 21 years post-qualification executive experience in Finance/Accounts/Internal Audit; 3 years in the immediately lower grade.
  • DGM: Minimum 17 years post-qualification executive experience; 3 years in the immediate lower grade.

    • AGM: Max 53 years
    • DGM: Max 50 years
  • Age Relaxation: As per Govt. guidelines (up to 15 years for PwBD SC/ST candidates)

  • Internship/Training/Teaching is not considered experience
