Tenure:
- Normally 2 years (initially 1 year, extendable for another year based on satisfactory performance).
Salary & Grants:
- Consolidated salary: INR 80,000/- per month.
- House Rent Allowance (HRA): 30% of consolidated salary (as per GoI norms).
- Contingency grant: INR 50,000 per annum (non-lapsable).
