⚖️ Selection Process: ER RRC Sports Quota Hiring 2025 26

1. Field Trials:
   1. Game skill, physical fitness & coach’s observations (40 Marks).
   1. Minimum 25 marks is required to qualify.
2. Assessment of Sports Achievements:
   1. Based on certificates and recognized sports performance (50 Marks).
3. Educational Qualification:
   1. An additional 10 Marks (higher qualification = higher marks).

✅ Final Merit List will be based on 100 Marks.

• Level 4/5: 70 Marks minimum
• Level 2/3: 65 Marks minimum
• Level 1: 60 Marks minimum

• No relaxation in age or qualification will be given.
• All certificates must be issued by recognized sports federations.
• Candidates must bring original certificates at the time of trials & document verification.
