Selection Process: SJVN Recruitment 2025
For Electrician, Fitter, Turner, Welder, Storekeeper, Surveyor
- Computer Based Test (CBT): 100 MCQs (80 from trade, 20 from aptitude, reasoning, GK, English)
- Duration: 2 hours
- Qualifying Marks: 50% (UR/EWS), 40% (Reserved categories)
- Final Merit: Based on CBT + document verification
For Assistant (Accounts), Assistant, Driver
- Stage 1 – CBT: Same format as above
- Stage 2 – Trade Test: Qualifying in nature (Typing/Practical Driving/Computer Proficiency)
- Final Merit: Based on CBT scores + document verification
Exam Centres: Shimla, Mandi, Bilaspur, Solan, Kangra, Hamirpur, Una, Kullu, Chamba (HP)
Important Instructions: SJVN Recruitment 2025
- Only domiciles of Himachal Pradesh are eligible.
- ITI qualifications must be full-time, regular, NCVT/SCVT approved.
- Candidates in their final year (2025) can also apply, but they must produce the final marksheet during document verification.
- Multiple applications for the same post will be rejected.
- Reservation benefits will be applicable only if valid category certificates are provided.
- Candidates must execute a service bond (₹2,00,000 for General/OBC/EWS, ₹1,00,000 for SC/ST/PwBD) to serve the company for at least 3 years after training.
- Selected candidates can be posted at any SJVN project in India or abroad.
