Short Description: DRDL ITI Apprentice Recruitment 2026
Defence Research & Development Laboratory (DRDL), functioning under the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), Ministry of Defence, Government of India, has invited applications for ITI Apprentice Trainees for the training year 2026–27.
This recruitment is being conducted under the Apprentices Act, 1961, for a one-year apprenticeship training at DRDL, Kanchanbagh, Hyderabad. ITI-pass candidates certified by NCVT in relevant trades can apply online through the Apprenticeship India Portal and submit the offline application as per the prescribed format.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh ITI holders to gain hands-on training experience in one of India’s premier defense research laboratories.

Candidates must follow both online and offline application processes:
Step 1: Online Registration
- Visit the Apprenticeship India Portal: www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in
- Register and complete your profile (Aadhaar verification is mandatory).
- Apply for the DRDL ITI Apprenticeship before 29 January 2026 (5:00 PM).
Step 2: Offline Application Submission
- Download and fill in the prescribed Application Form (Appendix A).
- Attach self-attested copies of required documents.
- Superscribe the envelope with:
