ISRO HSFC Recruitment 2024: Selection Process

1.       Written Exam:
Candidates must first appear for a written examination that tests their knowledge and aptitude relevant to the post they are applying for.

2.       Skill Test/Interview (as per the post requirement):
Depending on the position, candidates who qualify in the written exam will either undergo a skill test (for technical roles) or an interview (for managerial/scientific roles).

3.       Document Verification:
After successfully passing the previous stages, candidates are required to provide original documents for verification, including educational qualifications, age proof, and experience certificates.

4.       Medical Examination:
Finally, selected candidates must undergo a medical examination to ensure they meet the physical and medical fitness standards required for the role.

ISRO HSFC Recruitment 2024: General Instructions

• It is the candidate’s responsibility to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in the advertisement.
• The posts are temporary but likely to continue indefinitely.
• Educational qualifications must be valid as of 09.10.2024.
• Candidates with foreign degrees must present an equivalency certificate from AIU at the time of the interview.
• Candidates registered with NCS who meet eligibility can apply through the HSFC website.
• Candidates must provide proof of details mentioned in their online application when requested.
• Candidates must ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria, and if any false information is found, the application may be rejected.
• Applications not conforming to the advertisement or incomplete will not be considered.
• A second-class pass in MBBS is required for Post Code 01 to 03.
• Foreign MBBS degrees must be ratified by the National Medical Commission of India, and proof must be presented at the interview.
• Candidates registered with any State Medical Council must submit a National Medical Commission certificate at the time of joining.
• Avoid multiple applications for the same postcode. The last submitted application will be considered final.
• Candidates must submit all relevant original documents at the time of the Skill Test/ Interview.
• Ex-servicemen must submit a discharge certificate or NOC at the time of the Skill Test/ Interview.
• No interim correspondence will be entertained, but candidates can email for clarification.
• Written test/interview communication will be sent only to the registered email ID.
• Duties include general and emergency duties on a 24-hour shift basis.
• HSFC reserves the right to not fill the post and modify the vacancy as needed.
• Candidates working in the government or the public sector must submit an NOC at the time of the interview/ skill test.
• Outstation candidates will be paid to and fro travel expenses for the interview/ skill test, but no travel allowance for the written test.
• SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates must submit relevant certificates at the time of the Skill Test/ Interview.
• EWS candidates must produce an Income and Asset Certificate for 2023-2024 at the Skill Test.
• OBC/EWS certificates must be valid as of 09.10.2024.
• PwBD candidates opting for scribe/ extra time must present a disability certificate issued by a Medical Board at the Written Test and Interview/ Skill Test.
