1.       Application Submission: Online applications can be submitted from 30-11-2024 at 03:00 PM to 07-01-2025 at 11:59 PM via www.nitw.ac.in under the “Careers/Jobs” tab.

2.       Application Mode: Applications will be accepted online only. A separate application fee is required for each post.

3.       Direct Recruitment (NOC): Candidates working in Central/State Government, PSUs, or Autonomous Bodies must provide a “No Objection Certificate” during Certificate Verification/Interview.

4.       Deputation (ISTC): After submitting the online application, send a self-attested hard copy of the application through proper channels to “Registrar, NIT Warangal – 506004” within 30 days of the online application closing date. Attach:

o    Certified copies of APARs for the last 5 years, duly attested.

o    Vigilance Clearance Certificate.

o    No Objection Certificate.

5.       Instructions: Read the advertisement and online application instructions carefully before filling out the form.

6.       Documents Required: Prepare necessary documents, personal details, and a recent passport-size photograph before filling out the application form.

7.       Contact Details: Provide a valid email ID and mobile number, which should remain active for result notifications. Call letters will be sent via email.

8.       Exam Details: The date, time, and venue for the examination will be notified via the website, admit card, or call letter.

9.       Photo/Signature Visibility: Ensure the uploaded photo and signature are clearly visible and meet the required format; otherwise, the application will be rejected.

o    Photo: 165×125 pixels, JPG/JPEG format, max size 50 KB, with name and date.

o    Signature: 80×125 pixels, JPG/JPEG format, max size 20 KB.

4.       Waitlist Validity: Waitlisted candidates may be offered appointments only if selected candidates do not join or leave within one year of panel validity or before subsequent recruitment notification.

5.       Eligibility Date: Age, qualifications, and experience will be determined as of the application closing date.

6.       Posting: Job location will be determined by the competent authority based on vacancy and institute requirements.

7.       Pension System: Fresh recruits will be under the National Pension System as per Government of India guidelines.

8.       Deputation Rules: Deputation terms will follow DoPT guidelines and the NITSER Act & Statutes.

9.       Grade Conversion: For CGPA/ OGPA grades, candidates must provide an equivalent percentage certification from their university or board; otherwise, their application will be invalid.

10.   Medical Fitness: Appointment is contingent on medical fitness certification by the Competent Authority.
