| Terms & Conditions:
1. Period of Engagement: o Engagement period is as per Column (4) of the eligibility criteria. o The position is purely temporary with no claim for permanent employment. 2. Selection Procedure: o Selection is based on interviews, considering relevant research experience and qualifications. 3. Remuneration: o Governed by DST notifications (No. DST/PCPM/Z-06/2022 dated 26.06.2023). o RA-I can upgrade to RA-II (₹61,000) after one year; RA-II can upgrade to RA-III (₹67,000) after one year. 4. HRA: o Hostel/guest house accommodation will be provided if available. o If accommodation is unavailable, HRA will be paid as per central government norms. 5. Scope of Duties: o Perform tasks specified in the table or as assigned by division/laboratory heads. 6. Leave Policy: o 30 days leave per completed year (pro-rata for incomplete years). o Foreign visits for conferences require prior approval and are treated as leave without stipend. o Maternity leave: 180 days with stipend for women with fewer than two surviving children. o Paternity leave: 15 days for men with fewer than two surviving children. 7. TA/DA: o Not admissible as per institute rules. 8. Office Hours: o Full-time basis, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM on working days (including a lunch break). o May require work on weekends or holidays if needed. 9. Confidentiality: o Data and deliverables are the property of the institute. o No unauthorized use, publication, or disclosure is allowed. 10. Conflict of Interest: o The candidate must not represent or advise on matters adverse to the institute. 11. Termination of Service: o The institute can terminate services with a 15-day notice. o The candidate can also resign with a 15-day notice (subject to workload adjustments). 12. Number of Positions: o Indicated in Column (1) of the eligibility table. 13. Medical Facilities: o Provided as per institute norms. 14. Decision Authority: o Final decisions lie with the Director General, NISE, Gurugram, Haryana. 15. Age Relaxation: o 5 years for SC/ST, physically handicapped, and women candidates. o 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer). o Up to 5 years for candidates with relevant experience (with approval). 16. Interview Requirements: o Bring original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies with the filled application form.
