Selection Process:
1.      Shortlisting Tools: o   The selection process may include a Computer Based Test (CBT), Group Task/ Discussion, Skill Test, and Personal Interview based on the position’s requirements. 2.      Computer Based Test (CBT): o   Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria may be called for the CBT. o   The CBT will have two sections: § General Aptitude: Includes English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Intellectual Potential (Logical Reasoning and Data Interpretation). § Technical/Professional Knowledge: Includes questions about the qualifications or educational background required for the position. 3.      Further Shortlisting: o   Candidates who qualify in the CBT may be shortlisted for subsequent stages, including Group Task/Discussion, Skill Test, and Personal Interview. 4.      Final Assessment: o   Candidates qualifying in all stages (CBT, Group Task/Discussion, Skill Test, and Personal Interview) will be referred for a Pre- Employment Medical Examination based on their overall performance. 5.      Minimum Qualifying Marks: o   Candidates must achieve the minimum qualifying marks at each stage to proceed further in the selection process. 6.      Merit List: o   A category- and discipline-wise merit list will be prepared for all candidates qualifying in all stages. 1.      Eligibility: o   Only Indian Nationals are eligible. 2.      Age and Qualifications: o   Age, experience, and qualifications will be calculated as of 14th February 2025. o   Full-time regular courses from AICTE/ UGC-recognized institutions are required. Higher professional qualifications (e.g., BE, B.Tech) are not eligible. 3.      Application Details: o   Use accurate details while filling out the online form.
