- Chief Project Officer: Supervise 10 districts, establish dealer offices, oversee monthly livestock product sales of ₹5 crore, and maintain operational efficiency.
- District Extension Officer: Manage block-level offices, ensure sales targets of ₹50 lakh per month, and supervise tehsil officers.
- Tehsil Development Officer: Oversee Pashu Seva Kendras at the Gram Panchayat level, meet the ₹10 lakh sales target, and coordinate local operations.
- Panchayat Pashu Sevak: Drive rural sales of livestock products, ensure ₹2 lakh monthly sales, and promote #AnimalHealthJobs.

Selection Process: BPNL Recruitment 2025
The recruitment process consists of three stages:
1. Online Examination
Candidates must appear for a computer-based online test consisting of 50 objective-type questions covering
- Hindi & English Language
- Mathematics & Reasoning Ability
- Daily Science & Computer Basics
🔹 Exam Duration: 30 minutes 🔹 Passing Criteria: Minimum 50% marks required
No negative marking; all questions must be attempted.
2. Interview Round
Selected candidates will receive interview details via email. They must submit self-attested copies of educational certificates & ID proofs.
3. Final Selection & Training
Successful candidates will undergo a mandatory one-day training program in Jaipur or Lucknow, covering the reporting structure & work policies.
