AAI Graduate Diploma ITI Apprentices 2024 25 Notification. Airports Authority of India is inviting applications for the 2024-25 Apprenticeship Training Program at its Regional headquarters (Eastern Region) and various airports. Candidates will be governed by the Apprentices Act, 1961 (amended in 1973) and applicable organizational policies. Eligible candidates can apply for various trades and disciplines under AAI Apprentices 2024.

Locations: RHQ (ER), Berhampur, Bagdogra, Bhubaneswar, Cooch Behar, Deoghar, Gaya, Jharsuguda, Patna, Pakyong, Port Blair, Raipur, Ranchi.

·         Age limit: Maximum age 26 years.

·         Age relaxation is extra as per norms.

·         Cut –off date for age calculation: 31/07/2024

AAI Graduate Diploma ITI Apprentices 2024 25: How  to Apply

Eligibility: To enroll as an apprentice, candidates must have one of the following qualifications:

1.       Graduation

2.       Diploma

Checklist for Enrollment:

1.       University Registration No./ Roll No./ Enrollment No.

2.       Final Degree/ Diploma Certificate or Consolidated Marksheet (PDF, < 1MB)

3.       College/ University name

4.       Percentage of marks or CGPA

5.       Branch of study

6.       Month and year of passing

7.       Aadhar Card number

8.       Bank details

9.       Valid personal email ID and mobile number (for OTP)

10.   Passport size photo (JPEG, < 1MB)

Steps for Enrollment:

1.       Go to portal.mhrdnats.gov.in and click “Enroll.”

2.       Complete the Eligibility Check by selecting “Student” and answering related questions. If eligible, a message will confirm your eligibility.

3.       Gather the necessary documents and click “I’ve above data” to proceed.

4.       Enter your email ID, receive an OTP, and verify the email.

5.       Enter your mobile number, receive another OTP, and verify it.

6.       Fill in your name (as per certificate) and set up a password.

7.       If unable to complete enrollment immediately, you can log in later with your email and password to finish.

8.       Click “Save and continue” to move to the Questionnaire & Guidelines section.

9.       Agree to the terms and conditions and proceed to the Enrollment Form.

10.   Fill in personal, educational, and training details, upload certificates, and click “Save and continue.”

11.   Complete the Training Preferences section.

12.   Review the declaration, agree to the terms, and click “Save and Preview.”

13.   Verify all details and click “Submit” to complete the enrollment.

14.   After successful enrollment, your Email ID, User ID, and Password will be displayed.

15.   Print your enrollment details if needed, then click “Close & Continue” to log in to the NATS portal with the provided credentials.

AAI Graduate Diploma ITI Apprentices 2024 25: Selection Process

2.       Shortlisted candidates will be notified via their registered email for an interview/document verification.

3.       Final selection will depend on the interview, certificate verification, and submission of a medical fitness certificate.

4.       Selected candidates will be posted at preferred locations in the Eastern Region based on their registration location.

2.       Candidates must register on the NATS/ NAPS/ RDAT portal before applying for the apprenticeship. No other communication will be accepted.

3.       No TA/ DA will be provided.

4.       The number of positions is indicative and may change without notice.

5.       Apprentices will be governed by the Apprentices Act, 1961 (as amended), and relevant organizational policies.

6.       Reservation for SC/ ST, OBC, and EWS will be followed. If no candidates are available in reserved categories, vacancies may be filled from other categories.

7.       Apprenticeship does not guarantee regular employment with AAI. No claims for employment will be entertained.

8.       The management’s decision on eligibility, selection, and process cancellation is final. No correspondence will be entertained.

9.       AAI is not responsible for replying to non-selection or non-issuance of call letters.

10.   Candidates are responsible for verifying their profiles with the respective regional Board.

11.   Applications for more than one discipline will be rejected.

12.   No application fee is required.

13.   Candidature is provisional, subject to certificate verification and submission of a Medical Fitness Certificate at the time of joining.

14.   Furnishing false information at any stage will result in the cancellation of candidature.
