  1. Visit the Official Website: Go to www.abvmuup.edu.in.
  2. Register:
    • Fill in your details like name, father’s/mother’s name, email, mobile number, date of birth, etc.
    • Verify your mobile and email with the OTPs received.
    • Upon successful registration, you’ll get a unique registration ID.
  3. Login and Application Form:
    • Log in using your registration ID and default password.
    • Update the default password on your first login.
    • Provide personal details, address, educational qualifications, and preferred exam city (choose three).
  4. Upload Documents:
    • Recent passport-size photo, signature, and verification sheet in prescribed formats.
    • Upload bank details along with a passbook copy or cancelled cheque.
  5. Fee Submission: Pay the application fee online.
    • A payment receipt will confirm the transaction.
  6. Final Submission: Apply after reviewing all details.
    • Ensure you see the confirmation message, “Your application form has been successfully submitted.”
    • Download and save the completed application form.
  1. Entrance Examination:
    • The exam is an offline, objective MCQ test using OMR sheets.
    • Subjects include science (50 questions), general knowledge (30 questions), and English (20 questions).
  2. Merit List:
    • A merit list is prepared based on test scores.
    • In the case of a tie, preference is given to higher scores in science, English, and general knowledge, respectively.
  3. Counseling and Seat Allocation:
    • Counseling is conducted based on rank and preferences.
    • Candidates must submit fees and documents during admission.
  • Application Form: Ensure accurate information; discrepancies may lead to cancellation.
  • Admit Card: Download from the official website starting 4th June 2025. A hard copy is mandatory for exam entry.
  • Exam Conduct:
    • Report to the test center by 9:00 AM for biometric verification.
    • Barred items include mobiles, calculators, watches, food items, and any unauthorized materials.
  • Post-Exam Protocol:
    • Hand over the OMR sheet and question booklet to the invigilator before leaving.
