GENERAL CONDITIONS:1.      Recruitment Process Overview: The Common Recruitment Exam for AIIMS (CRE-AIIMS) 2023 is designed for various posts across participating AIIMS, excluding AIIMS, New Delhi. Each institute is autonomous, operating independently under MoHFW. AIIMS, New Delhi, conducts the examination for all participating AIIMS based on data provided by respective institutes. 2.      Allowances and Mode of Application: The advertised posts carry standard allowances as per respective institutes/hospitals. Eligible applicants must submit their applications exclusively through the online mode on www.aiimsexams.ac.in from 17.11.2023 to 01.12.2023 (up to 5:00 P.M.). No physical documents need to be sent, but applicants are advised to retain a copy of the registration slip and payment proof for their records. 3.      Application Editing and Eligibility: Careful self-checking of eligibility is advised before application submission. Applicants requiring correction can utilize the edit panel from 06.12.2023 to 07.12.2023. The cutoff for the online portal is 01.12.2023, and failure to complete the application by this date will result in rejection. 4.      Document Verification and Image Guidelines: Candidates must ensure compliance with image guidelines for photo, signature, and thumb impression during the application. All required certificates must be possessed on the application day, with no additional time granted for obtaining them. 5.      Scribe Option and Guidelines: Candidates can opt for their own scribe, with due diligence required in providing scribe-related information. Remuneration and responsibilities for the scribe are the candidate’s sole responsibility. The scribe can assist with reading instructions and test-related activities but is prohibited from explaining or interpreting the question paper. 6.      NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE (NOC): Employees of state/central government/PSUs must submit an NOC from the employer during document verification. Failure to do so will result in candidature cancellation. 7.      Canvassing Disqualification: Any form of canvassing will lead to disqualification and post-selection, the place of posting will be determined by respective AIIMS based on applicable rules. 8.      Jurisdiction and Provisional Acceptance: Disputes are subject to Delhi Courts’ jurisdiction. Anticipating a large number of applicants, eligibility scrutiny may not occur during the recruitment examination, and applications are accepted provisionally. Candidates should ensure eligibility before applying. 9.      Online Application: All candidates interested in the CRE-AIIMS 2023 for various Group-B & C posts must apply online at www.aiimsexams.ac.in. |
