A. APPLICATION REGISTRATION
- Candidates can apply online only from 28th October 2023 to 21st November 2023. No other mode of application will be accepted.
- Scan and ensure their photograph, signature thumb impression, and handwritten declaration meet the required specifications.
- Ensure the handwritten declaration is in English and in their handwriting.
- Have a valid personal email ID and mobile number for communication.
APPLICATION FEES/INTIMATION CHARGES (NON-REFUNDABLE)
- For Unreserved/OBC candidates: Rs.1770 (Rs. 1500 + GST)
- For SC/ST/EWS candidates: Rs.1416 (Rs. 1200 + GST)

B. PAYMENT OF FEES
- Application fees must be paid online through the provided link on the website during the application process.
- Multiple online payment options are available, including Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Internet Banking, and more.
- Please wait for intimation from the server after submitting payment information to avoid double charges.
- Non-generation of ‘E-Receipt’ indicates payment failure, and candidates should retry the payment process.

C. PROCEDURE FOR UPLOADING DOCUMENTS
- While filling out the online application form, candidates will be provided with separate links for uploading photographs, signatures, left thumb impressions, and handwritten declarations.
- Ensure the uploaded images are clear and follow the specified guidelines.
- Any unclear or smudged images may lead to application rejection.

OTHER INFORMATION FOR THE CANDIDATES
- AIIMS, Gorakhpur: AIIMS, Gorakhpur operates as an autonomous body established under an Act of Parliament.
- Service Regulations: Employment at AIIMS, Gorakhpur is governed by the Act and the Rules and regulations framed under it.
- Probation Period: The probation period for various posts will adhere to the Recruitment Rules of the relevant post.
- Full-Time Posts: The positions are full-time, and any form of private practice is strictly prohibited.
- Salary Regulations: Employee salaries at AIIMS, Gorakhpur follow the provisions specified in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs (ECB & PR Division) Notification No. 5/7/2003.
- Examination Dates: The date for the Online CBT Examination will be communicated later through the AIIMS website. No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the Online CBT Examination.
- Document Verification: The date for Document Verification will be announced after the declaration of results for CBT (Computer Test) / CPT (Computer Proficiency Test)/Skill Test (as applicable).
- Selection Process: The selection process for the post of Tutor involves an interview conducted by the Standing Selection Committee (SSC) of the Institute. For other positions, selection follows the norms of Recruitment Rules.
- AIIMS Decisions: AIIMS, Gorakhpur’s decisions regarding eligibility, application acceptance or rejection, penalties for false information, selection methodologies, and post allotment are final and binding on candidates. No further correspondence will be entertained.
- Corrigendum and Updates: Any changes or revisions to the advertisement or recruitment information will be posted on the official AIIMS, Gorakhpur website. Candidates should regularly check the website for updates.
- Qualification and Experience: Applicants must possess the essential qualifications and experience as of the specified date of online application submission. Non-recognition of their educational qualification or experience by the Govt. of India can lead to candidature cancellation.
