| STEP-I: Candidates must log in to the Commission’s Website using their registered OTPR number. If it’s their first time applying, they need to fill out the OTPR application carefully to obtain an OTPR ID. Any mistakes made during this process are the candidate’s responsibility. Candidates can modify their OTPR by clicking on the modify OTPR option.
STEP-II: After logging in with the OTPR ID and password, candidates should click on “Online Application Submission” and select the notification number they wish to apply for. STEP-III: Applicants need to fill in application-specific data accurately, including Local/Non-Local status and White card details. Any changes can be made using the modified OTPR link. Once all data is filled, the application form can be submitted with the “Save” or “Save & Submit” option. The latter generates the payment link. PAYMENT PROCESS: Candidates must verify all details displayed for fee calculation and age relaxation. Once the payment form is submitted, these details cannot be altered. On successful submission, a payment reference ID is generated, and an SMS alert is sent to the candidate’s registered mobile number. The filled application PDF can be downloaded for reference. STEP-IV: If the payment process is not successful, candidates should initiate a fresh payment process as mentioned in STEP-II. STEP-V: After successful submission, corrections in the application will be allowed for 7 days from the last date of application. However, corrections affecting the Name, fee, and age relaxations are not permitted. NOTES: 1. Candidates are responsible for accurately submitting their bio-data particulars and following user guide instructions. 2. Requests for data changes post-submission will incur a fee of Rs. 100 for each correction. 3. Candidates must carefully ensure their eligibility before uploading the application form. 4. Incomplete or incorrect applications will be rejected, and subsequent information furnished by the candidate will not be entertained. |
