Andhra Pradesh State Financial Corporation (APSFC) invites online applications for the recruitment of Assistant Managers on a contract basis in Finance, Technical, and Legal disciplines. Interested candidates meeting the eligibility criteria can apply online from March 12, 2025, to April 11, 2025. The selection process includes an online test and interview.   • Pay Scale: Rs. 35,000/- per month (consolidated pay) for a fixed-term contract of 36 months.

  2. Registration: Click on “Apply Online” and register by providing your basic details such as name, contact information, and email ID. A registration number and password will be generated.
  3. Fill the Application Form: Log in with your registration details and complete the application form by entering personal, educational, and professional details.
  4. Upload Required Documents: Ensure you upload the following scanned copies as per specifications:
    • Recent passport-size photograph
    • Signature
    • Left thumb impression
    • Handwritten declaration
  5. Fee Payment: Pay the application fee through Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card.
  6. Review & Submit: Verify all details, submit the form, and take a printout for future reference.

  • Local Candidature: Only candidates from Andhra Pradesh are eligible to apply. Proof of local status is required.
  • Language Proficiency: Candidates must be proficient in English and Telugu (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Application Process: The application must be submitted online only via the official website. No other modes will be accepted.
  • Exam Centers: The online test will be conducted at designated centers in Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Rajahmundry, Kurnool, Tirupati, and Hyderabad.
  • Contractual Basis: This recruitment is on a fixed-term contract of 3 years.
  • Service Bond: Selected candidates will have to sign a bond of Rs. 1,00,000/- agreeing to serve for at least one year.
  • Admit Card: Call letters for the online examination will be available on the official website before the exam.
  • Documents Verification: Candidates shortlisted for the interview must present original documents for verification.

No, candidates can apply for only one discipline (Finance, Technical, or Law).

Is there any relaxation for local candidates?

Yes, only candidates from Andhra Pradesh can apply as per local candidature guidelines.

What is the mode of selection?

Selection is based on an Online Test (200 Marks) + Interview (20 Marks).
