Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL)
Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navaratna Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Defence, has released the official notification for the Walk-in Selection of Project Engineer-I for its Ghaziabad Unit (BEL-GAD). A total of 52 posts have been announced across various disciplines, including Electronics, Computer Science, and Mechanical Engineering.
These posts are purely temporary, but selected candidates will receive excellent consolidated pay, area allowance, insurance benefits, and a Retention Bonus of ₹1,00,000 upon completion of the entire 4-year tenure.
The walk-in selection will be held on 24 November 2025, and only candidates who pre-register online before 20 November 2025 (11:00 PM) will be allowed to participate. Experience Requirement
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant post-qualification full-time industrial experience in areas such as:
✔ Engineering documentation
✔ Project management & coordination
✔ Vendor/Supplier/Customer coordination
✔ Installation, commissioning & field trials
✔ Validation and support activities across customer sites
Teaching, internships, academic projects, and research roles are NOT considered valid experience.
Posting Location
Candidates may be posted anywhere in India, including customer locations such as
J&K, Kolar, Shillong, Port Blair, Delhi-NCR, etc.
Frequent travel may be required based on project needs.

BEL will conduct a Walk-in Selection for pre-registered candidates only.
