1. GEN/ OBC(NCL) candidates must pay ₹600 + 18% GST via SBI Collect (online or SBI branch). SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates are exempt.

2. Review payment details and screenshots before proceeding.

3. Payment can be made at an SBI branch by selecting the SBI branch option, downloading the challan, and depositing ₹600 + 18% GST plus bank charges. Ensure to get the bank seal and signature.

4. Enter the “SBI Collect Reference No.” in the application form.

5. Ensure eligibility before paying the fee. Fees are non-refundable, and no cheque, DD, or cash will be accepted.

6. SBI Collect link (https://www.onlinesbi.com/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm?corpID=14842) is active from 09.10.2024 to 30.10.2024.

1. Visit www.onlinesbi.com and select “State Bank Collect.”

2. Accept terms, then click “Proceed.”

3. Select the State of corporation/ institution – All India.

4. Select: PSU – Public Sector Undertaking, then click “Go.”

5. Choose Bharat Electronics Limited and click “Submit.”

6. Select payment category:

o Deputy Manager (E-IV)

o Assistant Manager (E-III)

7. Complete the payment and attach the receipt with the application form.

1. Candidates must carefully fill out the online application and attach the required documents. If the details do not match the documents, the application will be rejected without prior notice.

2. Applications will be screened based on the submitted documents. Eligible candidates will be called for a Written Test (85 marks).

3. Based on the Written Test score, candidates will be shortlisted for an interview in a 1:7 merit ratio.

4. Minimum qualifying marks: 35% for General/ OBC candidates and 30% for PwBD candidates in both the written test and interview.

· Eligibility:

o Internal candidates of BEL are not eligible.

o Academic/  Teaching/  Research work experience will not be considered as relevant post-qualification experience.

· NOC Requirement:

o Candidates working in PSUs/  Government/  Quasi- Government organizations must produce a “No Objection Certificate” (NOC) at the time of the interview, otherwise, they will not be considered.

· Travel:

o Candidates should be willing to travel extensively across India.

· Travel Reimbursement:

o Outstation candidates called for interviews will be reimbursed AC Chair Car/  III Tier AC train fare (to and fro) by the shortest route, upon providing receipt or other evidence of travel.

· Communication:

o The exact date and time for the written test will be mentioned in the admit card. Updates will be sent via email and posted on the BEL website. BEL is not responsible for email bouncebacks.

· Litigation Disclosure:

o Any past litigation with an employer should be clearly mentioned.

· Disability Certificate:

o The Disability Certificate must follow the format provided on the BEL website.

· Disqualification:

o Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification. Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply.

· Selection Process:

o Fulfilling minimum qualifications does not guarantee an interview or written test. BEL reserves the right to debar/  disqualify candidates at any stage of the process.

§ Self-attested copy of 10th Std/ SSLC Certificate (proof of DoB/ Age).

§ Self-attested copies of Degree/  Masters Marks cards.

§ Self-attested copy of Caste Certificate.

§ SBI Fee Payment Receipt.
