Engagement Details:

· Project officers will be engaged for an initial period of three years, which may be extended by one more year (up to a maximum of four years) based on business requirements and individual performance.

· Year-wise Remuneration:

o 1st Year: ₹40,000/- per month

o 2nd Year: ₹45,000/- per month

o 3rd Year: ₹50,000/- per month

o 4th Year: ₹55,000/- per month

· Additional Benefits: ₹12,000 per year towards insurance premium, attire allowance, stitching charges, footwear allowance, etc.

· Retention Bonus: Project Officers who complete a total tenure of 4 years will be entitled to a retention bonus of ₹25,000 for every completed year, payable at the end of 4 years (i.e., ₹1,00,000 in total).

• Age limit: 32 years.
• Age relaxation is extra as per norms.
• Cut–off date for age calculation: 01/10/2024

1. Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria specified in the advertisement.
2. Eligible candidates will be called for a Written Test (85 marks) in Bangalore, followed by an Interview (15 marks) in a 1:5 ratio.
3. Notification of the Written Test and Interview will be sent to the candidate’s registered email.
