Educational Qualification
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg) 4-year course in a relevant discipline (Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science, Electrical)
- Degree must be from an AICTE/UGC recognized institution; a pass in the class is accepted
- Specializations as per the specified list only
Note:
- If specialization is not mentioned in the degree, a certificate from a university/college mentioning the specialization is compulsory
- The provisional/final degree certificate must be submitted
- Only Indian nationals are eligible
- Lateral application not allowed for current Trainee Engineers at BEL

- Maximum age: 28 years (as on 01.09.2025) for General/EWS
- Age Relaxation: OBC (NCL) – up to 31 years, SC/ST – up to 33 years, PwBD – up to 38 years

- 90 minutes, 85 questions (technical + general aptitude)
- 1 mark per correct answer, -0.25 for each wrong answer
- Minimum qualifying: 35% (General/EWS/OBC), 30% (SC/ST/PwBD)
- Extra time for PwBD candidates (as per norms)
- Call letters will be available via the BEL website (no offline/email delivery)
