🧪 Selection Process: BEML Recruitment 2025

💼 Terms of Engagement
- Contract Duration: 4 years (initially 1 year, extendable based on performance)
- Annual Consolidated Pay:
- Year 1: ₹35,000
- Year 2: ₹37,500
- Year 3: ₹40,000
- Year 4: ₹43,000
- Additional Benefits: ₹11,000 annually for uniform, conveyance, medical insurance, and term plan
