The engagement is for a total period of 4 years, initially for one year and extendable based on performance and business needs. Selected candidates will be posted at various BEML manufacturing complexes and business locations nationwide.

🧪 Selection Process: BEML Recruitment 2025

  • Stage 1: Computer-Based Written Test (2 hours)

    • JE – Rajbhasha includes an additional Hindi typing test (10 minutes)

      • General/OBC/EWS: 60%

  • Stage 2: Merit-based shortlisting
    • Final selection based on written test performance

💼 Terms of Engagement

  • Contract Duration: 4 years (initially 1 year, extendable based on performance)
  • Annual Consolidated Pay:
    • Year 1: ₹35,000
    • Year 2: ₹37,500
    • Year 3: ₹40,000
    • Year 4: ₹43,000
  • Additional Benefits: ₹11,000 annually for uniform, conveyance, medical insurance, and term plan
  • Posting Locations: Across BEML facilities, including Palakkad, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and others
