Full-time Bachelor’s or integrated Master’s/ Dual Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Electronics, Chemical, or Metallurgy Engineering from a recognized Indian University/ Institute.

Age limit: 27 year as on 01/02/2025,  29 year for PG holders.

Supervisor Trainee –

Full-time Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Electronics Engineering from a recognized Indian University/ Institute with a minimum of 65% marks (60% for SC/ST).

Age limit: 27 year as on 01/02/2025

·        Pay Scale:

o    Engineer Trainee: ₹50000- 160000

o    Supervisor Trainee: ₹32000- 100000

For Engineer Trainees:

1. Candidates must appear for a Computer-Based Examination (CBE).
2. Based on CBE marks, candidates will be shortlisted for an interview in a 1:5 ratio per discipline and category.
   • PwD candidates get up to 40% relaxation below the cut-off for shortlisting.
   • Shortlisting follows a two-step process:
     • UR candidates and unrelaxed reserved category candidates are grouped and arranged in merit order.
     • The remaining reserved category candidates are regrouped and shortlisted separately.
3. The final merit list is based on:
   • 75% weightage to CBE score.
   • 25% weightage to interview score.

For Supervisor Trainees:

Selection consists of two stages:

Stage I: Computer-Based Examination (CBE)

1. All eligible candidates must take CBE.
2. Based on CBE marks, candidates are shortlisted for document verification in a 1:3 ratio per category.
   • PwD and Ex-Servicemen candidates get up to 40% relaxation below the cut-off.
   • Shortlisting follows a two-step process:
     • UR and unrelaxed reserved category candidates are grouped and arranged in merit order.
     • The remaining reserved category candidates are regrouped and shortlisted separately.

Stage II: Document Verification (DV)

1. Shortlisted candidates must attend and complete DV.
2. DV is a qualifying stage only.
3. The final merit order is based solely on the CBE score.
