Additional Qualifications:
Age Limit & Relaxation:
1. Application Submission: Candidates must submit their applications online, followed by sending a hard copy with all enclosures.
2. Registration Process: Applicants need to register on the Recruitment & Assessment Cell portal of the BHU website before filling out the online application.
3. Photograph & Signature: A digital passport-size photograph and signature in JPEG format (each not exceeding 50 KB) must be uploaded during the application process.
4. Incomplete Applications: Incomplete applications will be rejected.
5. Technical Issues: If the browser closes unexpectedly, candidates can log in again using the credentials sent via email.
6. Technical Support: For any issues while filling out the application, candidates can email [email protected].
7. Application Form Submission: After filling all sections, candidates must review and submit the form, as no modifications will be allowed post-submission.
8. Application Fee Payment: Upon successful submission, candidates will be redirected to the payment gateway for fee payment, if applicable.
9. Selection Process: Candidates will undergo a written test, followed by a Computer Proficiency and Skill Test covering MS Office tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Shortlisted candidates may have to appear for multiple skill tests.
10. Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must present original documents for verification.
11. Eligibility Criteria: Mere eligibility does not guarantee selection for the written/skill test.
12. Document Verification & Background Check: The university may verify documents at any stage. Submission of fake documents or false information will lead to termination.
13. Right to Withdraw/Modify Posts: The university reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or fill additional vacancies from available candidates.
14. Recruitment Mode: All advertised positions will be filled through direct recruitment.
15. Error Correction: Any errors in the selection process may lead to modification or cancellation of an appointment.
16. Dispute Resolution: The university’s decision will be final in case of any dispute or ambiguity in the selection process.
17. Candidates in Employment: Those already employed must submit their application through the proper channel or provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) before the selection process.
18. Canvassing: Any form of canvassing will lead to disqualification.
19. Correspondence: No interim correspondence regarding the recruitment process will be entertained.
20. Specially-Abled Candidates: If a suitable candidate is not available in the advertised category, the vacancy may be filled from other identified specially-abled categories.
