The Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), under the Ministry of Electronics & IT, Government of India, invites applications for Group A S&T posts of Executive Director and Scientist C (Advt. No.: CORP/ GRP.A/ 06/ 2024). . Essential qualifications must be from UGC-recognized Indian universities/ deemed universities or AICTE-approved courses from autonomous Indian institutions/ statutory councils. Autonomous institute courses must be recognized by AIU/ UGC/ AICTE.

. If CGPA/ OGPA or letter grades are awarded, the equivalent percentage must be provided as per university norms. A certificate confirming this must be submitted at the interview.

2. Experience

. Only relevant post-qualification experience will be considered, with C-DAC’s decision being final.

. Minimum essential experience should be in State/ Central Government, PSUs, large private enterprises, or reputed organizations as of the last application date. Industrial/ Vocational/ Apprentice Training is not counted.

. Contract-based experience through third-party agencies in government organizations is not valid; only direct employment or fixed-term roles are considered.

. For Executive Director (Deputation/ Transfer Absorption): Candidates from Central/ State Government/ PSUs/ Govt. Autonomous bodies must hold equivalent posts or have at least five years in Pay Level-13A.

. Deputation/ transfer absorption terms will follow DoPT guidelines (O.M No.6/ 8/ 2009- Esst (Pay-II) dated 17/ 06/ 2010) and updates.
