SUPERINTENDENT:

1.       Tier-1: MCQ-based preliminary screening examination.

2.       Tier-2:

o    Objective Type (OMR-based) examination.

o    Descriptive Type written main examination.

3.       Typing Speed:

o    35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on a computer.

o    Equivalent to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH (average 5 key depressions per word).

o    Mandatory but qualifying in nature.

JUNIOR ASSISTANT:

1.       Tier-1: MCQ-based preliminary screening examination.

1.       Reporting Time:

·         Arrive at the Examination Centre 2 hours before the exam.

·         Biometric authentication may be conducted, so reaching early is recommended to avoid time loss. Late arrival may lead to a loss of examination time.

2.       Prohibited Items:

·         Do not carry instruments, pencil boxes, handbags, purses, paper/stationery, eatables, water, mobile phones, earphones, calculators, electronic gadgets, metallic items, etc., unless exceptions apply.

3.       Admit Card:

·         Admit Cards must be presented on demand.

·         Examination Centre Staff will verify identity, and cooperation is mandatory.

·         Without a valid Admit Card, entry to the exam is prohibited.

4.       Allotted Seat:

·         Sit only on the seat allotted as per your roll number.

·         Changing seats or rooms will result in cancellation of candidature.

5.       Question Paper:

·         Ensure the question paper matches your applied post as indicated in the Admit Card.

·         Inform the Invigilator immediately if there is a mismatch.

6.       Assistance:

·         For emergencies, first aid, or assistance, contact the Centre Superintendent/Invigilator.

7.       OMR Sheet Analysis:

·         Responses on OMR sheets may be analyzed for similarity patterns.

·         If scores are found to be invalid, candidature may be cancelled.

8.       Re-examination:

·         No re-examination will be held for those who miss the scheduled date.

9.       Exam Centre and Shift:

·         Appear at the designated Centre and shift as per the Admit Card.

·         Centre or shift changes are not allowed under any circumstances.

10.   Documents to Bring:

·         Admit Card: Printed copy downloaded from the CBSE website.

·         Photo: One passport-size photograph (same as uploaded in the application form).

·         Photo ID (original, valid, non-expired):

·         PAN card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport, Aadhaar Card (with photo), E-Aadhaar (with photo), or Ration Card (with photo).

·         PwBD Documents (if applicable):

·         PwBD certificate issued by an authorized medical officer.

·         Certificate for physical limitation in writing (as per proforma in the Information Bulletin).

·         Letter of Undertaking for using Own Scribe (as per proforma in the Information Bulletin).
