CSIR NAL 2024 Project Staff Recruitment Notification. CSIR-NAL, a unit under CSIR, Ministry of Science and Technology, India, seeks qualified Indian nationals for temporary Project Staff roles. Positions are available for various projects, with engagements based on contract terms aligned with project duration. Walk-in-Interview Details:

Candidates intending to attend the Interview should report to CSIR-NAL (RAB Meeting Complex, National Aerospace Laboratories [NAL], Adjacent to SBI, NAL Branch, Kodihalli, Bengaluru, 560017) between 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM on the specified dates for registration and document verification.

Note:

  • Registration closes promptly at 9:30 a.m.
  • Applicants interested in multiple positions must apply separately for each.
  • Required documents include an Aadhar Card or any government ID with a photo, a filled-out application form (available on our website), a recent passport-size photo, and original certificates with photocopies (including a Caste Certificate, if applicable, as per current guidelines).
  • Candidates with relevant experience and teamwork skills will be given preference.
  • Prepare to attend an interview the next day, if necessary, potentially.

CSIR NAL 2024 Project Staff: General Instructions

National Aerospace Laboratories, Council of Scientific & Industrial Research
  1. Project Staff engagement is purely on a contract basis and does not guarantee any rights for future employment in CSIR. The engagement is temporary and will end with the project, terminable with one month’s notice or stipend.
  2. Project Staff will follow CSIR/ NAL guidelines for engagement in projects including NMITLI, OLP/ MLP, Contract R&D, and non-CSIR funded projects.
  3. The Director of CSIR-NAL reserves the right to modify the number of positions or cancel recruitment at any stage. Decisions are final.
  4. The maximum tenure across projects at CSIR-NAL or other labs under CSIR is five years.
  5. Candidates currently employed at CSIR-NAL or other labs need a No Objection Certificate for the interview.
  6. Minimum qualifications are essential; meeting them doesn’t guarantee an interview. CSIR-NAL will decide on shortlisting criteria.
  7. Selection is based on interview performance or other criteria set by selection committees. Panels of candidates are valid for up to one year.
  8. The Selection/Screening Committee may use written exams or other criteria to shortlist candidates if there are many applicants.
  9. Candidates should indicate their category (SC/ ST/ OBC/ PH/ EWS) with proof.
  10. No travel reimbursement is provided for attending walk-in interviews.
  11. Only candidates with completed degrees can attend interviews; those awaiting results are ineligible.
  12. Results will be posted on https://www.nal.res.in. A waiting list will also be maintained for future openings, valid for one year.
  13. Selected candidates must join within 15 days of the offer; extensions are not usual.
  14. Original documents (educational certificates, experience certificates, caste certificates, etc.) must be presented for verification.
  15. Qualification and age are determined as of the Walk-in-Interview date.
  16. Applications should not be sent via post/ speed post /email.
  17. Any form of canvassing or external influence will result in disqualification.
