Candidates must follow the offline application process as per the official DRDO JRF Application Form protocol.

- Download Application Form: Visit www.drdo.gov.in and navigate to the Careers → Fellowship/Internship section to download the prescribed application form.
- Fill and Sign: Fill out the form legibly and ensure it is ink-signed (mandatocompletehenticity).
- Attach Required Documents: Include a complete biodata and self-attested photocopies of the following:
- Educational certificates (Graduation & Postgraduation)
- GATE/NET scorecard (as applicable)
- Experience certificates (if any)
- Identity proof and age proof
- Post It: Send the completed application via Registered Post to: > Head, HR Division > Defence Institute of Physiology and Allied Sciences (DIPAS) > DRDO, Lucknow Road, Timarpur, Delhi – 110054

Selection Process: DRDO DIPAS Research Fellowships 2025
The selection is based on merit and interview performance, with no written examination.

- One set of self-attested copies
- Passport-size photographs

- TA/DA: Candidates may claim sleeper class TA/DA reimbursement upon submission of actual travel proofs.
- RA-Specific Note: Applicants who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis are also eligible, provided they present their provisional/awarded Ph.D. certificate at the time of interview.

- Tenure:
- RA: 2 years maximum
- JRF: 2 years + 3 years SRF upgrade (total 5 years) based on performance
- Ph.D. Registration: JRFs may register for a Ph.D. under UGC guidelines if permitted.
- No Right to Employment: Selection as an RA/JRF does not guarantee absorption in DRDO.
- Vacancy Changes: The number of positions is subject to change without prior notice.
