- For non-pensioners: ₹60,000 + ₹5000 conveyance (fixed)
- For NPS retirees: 70% of the last basic + ₹5000 conveyance
- Consultants are not eligible for DA, medical reimbursement, staff accommodation, or personal staff.
- They must comply with all applicable conduct, security, and non-disclosure agreements.
- Leave entitlement: 1.5 days per completed month of service.
- They must not engage in private business activities that conflict with their consultancy.
- No appointment allowed unless there’s a minimum gap of 15 days between retirement and consultancy engagement.
