High Energy Materials Research Laboratory (HEMRL), DRDO Pune, has released the official notification for the Paid Internship Scheme 2026 for Engineering and Science students. This opportunity is designed for 7th & 8th semester B.E/B. Tech students and 1st & 2nd year M.Tech./M.Sc. students who want to gain hands-on exposure in Defence Research & Development.
This internship is a paid 6-month program with a stipend of ₹5,000 per month and is conducted at DRDO-HEMRL Pune, one of India’s most prestigious defence laboratories.

DRDO’s High Energy Materials Research Laboratory (HEMRL), Pune, invites applications for Paid Internships 2026 from students pursuing UG, PG, and Science PG. The internship is offered in Aerospace, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Physics, and Chemistry.
