Candidates must bring originals and one set of self- attested photocopies of the following documents/ testimonials at the time of Document Verification (DV):

1.       Printout of ONLINE Application Form.

2.       Original NET- June 2024 Scorecard.

3.       Proof of Date of Birth (Class Xth Board Certificate or Passing Certificate).

4.       Certificates and Mark Sheets of Class Xth, XIIth, Degree/ Diploma, etc. (semester -wise/ year- wise).

5.       Valid Degree/ Provisional Degree/ Diploma, as applicable.

6.       Valid SC/ ST/ OBC (NCL)/ EWS/ PwBD Certificate, if applicable, in the prescribed format for Government of India posts. OBC (NCL)/ EWS certificates must not be older than 1 year from the DV date. Refer to Annexures 1- 4 on the DVC website for formats.

7.       Age Relaxation cum Domicile Certificate/ Discharge Certificate, if applicable, issued by a competent authority.

8.       Valid Experience Certificates, if applicable.

9.       No-Objection Certificate (NOC) from the current employer, if working in a PSU/ Central/ State Government/ Semi-Government organization.

10.   Application Fee Payment Acknowledgement Receipt.

11.   Four (4) recent passport-size coloured photographs.

12.   Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card/ PAN Card/ Passport/ Driving License/ Voter ID card).

1.       Mode of Application: From 17/ 01/ 2025, candidates must register themselves online at the DVC website www.dvc.gov.in under the Career Section – Recruitment Notices.

2.       Closing Date: The last date for online application submission is 09/02/2025 (23:59 hrs).

3.       Fee Payment Deadline: The last date for payment of application fees is 09/02/2025.

4.       Read the Advertisement: Candidates are advised to carefully read the detailed advertisement/ notice before applying online and ensure they meet the eligibility criteria and conditions mentioned.

5.       Single Application Mode: No other mode of application will be accepted.

6.       One Post per Candidate: A candidate can apply for only one post/ discipline.

7.       Application and Fee Payment: Candidates must first complete the online application and then proceed to pay the application fee (if applicable).

8.       Fee Exemption: Only SC/ ST/ PwBD/ ESM/ Departmental candidates are exempted from the application fee. Other candidates (GEN/ OBC- NCL/ EWS) must pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs 300/-.

9.       Fee Non-Refundable: Application fees, once paid, will not be refunded under any circumstances. Candidates should verify their eligibility before making the payment.

10.   Completion of Application: The application process will be considered complete only after successful payment of the application fee, wherever applicable. 

Selection Process: DVC Executive Trainee Job 2025

1.       Basis of Selection:

o    The marks obtained in the relevant paper of UGC- NET June 2024 are the sole criteria for selection.

2.       Eligibility:

o    Candidates must appear for the specified UGC- NET June 2024 papers:

§  Human Resource: Paper Code 55

§  Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Paper Code 10

§  Public Relations: Paper Code 63

o    Minimum marks required:

§  General/ OBC (NCL)/ EWS: 40% aggregate in Paper I & II

§  SC/ ST/ PwD: 35% aggregate as per UGC NET criteria.

3.       Qualifying Marks:

o    Decided by UGC- NET June 2024 conducting authority.

o    Only marks from UGC- NET June 2024 are valid; prior or other attempts are not considered.

4.       Shortlisting for Document Verification (DV):

o    Based on merit in UGC- NET June 2024, candidates are shortlisted in a 1:3 ratio or more per vacancy, category-wise.

o    In case of a tie-in mark, all candidates with the same score are included in DV, even if the ratio exceeds.

o    DVC reserves the right to alter the ratio if required.

5.       Document Verification (DV):

o    Candidates must present the following:

§  UGC- NET June 2024 Admit Card and Original Scorecard with a scanned photo and signature.

§  If unclear, identity must be confirmed using valid ID proof (Aadhaar, Voter Card, PAN, etc.).

o    Unverified identity will lead to disqualification.

6.       DV Details and Communication:

o    DV schedule (date, time, and venue) will be available only on the DVC website.

o    No hard copy of the call letter will be sent by post or issued separately.

o    Candidates should regularly check the DVC website for updates.

o    No other communication method will be followed.

General Information: DVC Executive Trainee Job 2025

1.       Eligibility: Only Indian Nationals can apply.

2.       Document Verification (DV): Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria as per the advertisement on the DVC website. Providing false information will lead to automatic disqualification and termination of services if detected later.

3.       Provisional Candidature: All selections are provisional, subject to meeting eligibility norms.

4.       Qualification Standards: Qualifications must be from AICTE or an appropriate statutory authority-recognized institute.

5.       Posting: Selected candidates may be posted at any DVC establishment.

6.       AICTE Approval: Degrees without AICTE or relevant authority approval are not eligible. Proof of approval must be presented during DV.

9.       UGC-NET Scorecard: Shortlisted candidates must present their original NET- June 2024 Scorecard during DV.

10.   No Objection Certificate (NOC): Candidates employed in government/ PSUs must provide an NOC during DV.

11.   Process Changes: DVC reserves the right to modify or cancel the recruitment process without notice.

12.   Final Decisions: DVC’s decision regarding eligibility, selection, and postings will be final and binding.

13.   Consistent Signatures: Candidates must maintain consistent signatures throughout the process.

14.   Final Year Candidates: NET- June 2024 qualified final-year students can apply but must provide their provisional degree certificate during DV.

15.   No Guarantee from NET Qualification: NET- June 2024 qualification alone does not guarantee further selection.

16.   Early Application Recommended: Candidates should apply early to avoid last- minute technical issues.

17.   Post- DV Eligibility: Eligibility confirmation will occur post- document verification.

18.   Updates on Website: Amendments or updates will be available only on the DVC website.
