EdCIL Recruitment 2024: General Instructions

EdCIL (India) Limited, New Delhi

1.       Application Submission: Only online applications are accepted. Separate applications are required for each post.

2.       Eligibility: Open to Indian Nationals only.

3.       Workplace: Across 26 Andhra Pradesh districts, as SPD Samagra Shiksha approved.

4.       Authority Rights: The authority reserves the right to amend, cancel, or change the advertisement without notice.

5.       Engagement Terms: This engagement does not guarantee regularization, permanent absorption, or continued contractual engagement.

6.       Qualification & Experience:

·         Qualifications from government-recognized institutions.

·         Experience will be considered up to 30 September 2024.

7.       Skills Required: Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and presentation skills.

8.       Selection Process: Based on academic qualifications and experience, and may include tests for writing skills and interviews.

9.       Waiting List: A waiting list for counselors for vacancies or non-joining candidates will be prepared.

10.   Document Verification: Original documents (qualifications, experience, age) must be produced during tests/interviews.

11.   Age Limit: As indicated for each post as of 30th September 2024.

12.   Document Upload: Upload all documents (education, experience, photograph, resume, etc.) in PDF format. Incomplete applications will be rejected.

13.   Reference Details: Note the advertisement and application numbers for future reference.

14.   False Information: Applications with false or insufficient details will be rejected at any stage.

15.   Communication: Shortlisted candidates will receive interview/test invitations via email. Maintain an active email ID provided in the application.

16.   Eligibility: Meeting eligibility does not guarantee a call for tests or interviews.

17.   Contract Terms:

·         Engagement is contractual, valid up to 30th April 2025.

·         Possible renewal for 10 months (July 2025 – April 2026), based on organizational needs and individual performance.
