General Instructions

1.       Online submission of applications for EIL Experienced Personnel Job 2024 will be permitted on the website from 0000 hrs on 21.08.2024 to 2359 hrs on 04.09.2024.

2.       The email address provided in the application must be valid and functional for at least 24 months from the submission date. Interview notifications will be sent via email, so ensure your email is valid and operational.

3.       Any changes to the advertisement, including the extension of the online submission deadline of EIL Experienced Personnel Job 2024, will be published only on EIL’s website www.engineersindia.com. No separate notifications will be issued in the press or other media.

4.       It is mandatory to attach the required documents as listed above with the online application for EIL Experienced Personnel Job 2024.

5.       Retain a copy of the online application form for EIL Experienced Personnel Job 2024 for future reference.

9.       For interviews requiring physical presence:

o    Outstation candidates for Engineer/ Officer/ Scientific Officer/ Architect positions are entitled to III AC sleeper rail fare.

o    Outstation candidates for Deputy Manager/ Manager/ Senior Manager/ Deputy General Manager positions are entitled to II AC sleeper rail fare.

o    Candidates providing a mailing address outside India will be reimbursed rail fare from the port of arrival in India to the interview venue. Candidates must complete the Travelling Allowance (TA) form and provide travel proof at the interview center.

10.   If it is found that a candidate does not meet the requirements or has provided incorrect information, their candidature will be canceled, and no travel expenses will be reimbursed.

11.   EIL is not responsible for any loss of email or communication due to invalid/wrong email addresses, postal delays, or loss in transit. No requests for re-sending will be entertained.

12.   The court of jurisdiction for any disputes will be Delhi.

13.   EIL reserves the right to cancel the advertisement of EIL Experienced Personnel Job 2024 and/ or the selection process without assigning reasons.

14.   Compliance with the Persons with Disability Act is ensured. Only PwD candidates with a minimum 40% permanent disability are eligible to apply under the PwD category.
