Fill out the application carefully in BLOCK LETTERS, ensuring all details are accurate.

Attach self-attested copies of required documents, including educational qualifications, age proof, caste certificate, experience certificate, etc.

Submit your application via email to [email protected] by noon on 22 June 2025.

Attend the walk-in interview at ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Beltola, Guwahati, as per the schedule.

Outstation teaching faculty applicants may attend the interview online, while Senior Residents must be physically present.

Keep a demand draft/banker’s cheque for ₹30,000 as a refundable security deposit, which must be submitted if selected.

1. Age Proof (Class 10th certificate/ Birth certificate).
2. MBBS Certificate & PG Degree/Diploma Certificate.
3. MCI/SMC Registration Certificate with MD/MS/DNB qualification.
4. M.Sc Certificate (For Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry & Statistics) with PhD (if required).
5. BCME & BCBR Certificate (if applicable).
6. Two Passport-size Photographs.
7. Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBC & Income Certificate for EWS.
8. No Objection Certificate from Employer (if applicable).

Selection Process: ESIC Recruitment 2025

The selection process for Medical Faculty Jobs 2025 at ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Guwahati, consists of the following steps:

1. Document Verification:
   • Candidates must report between 09:00 AM to 09:30 AM for verification.
   • Only verified candidates will be allowed to attend the walk-in interview.
2. Walk-in Interview:
   • Candidates must appear offline or online (only for teaching faculty) as per the schedule.
   • Senior Residents must attend offline interviews.
   • Performance in the interview will be assessed by an expert selection panel.
3. Medical Fitness Assessment:
   • Selected candidates will undergo a medical fitness evaluation before the final appointment.

• The recruitment is purely on a contractual basis—there is no claim for regularization.
• Private practice of any kind is not permitted during tenure.
• Security deposit (₹30,000) must be submitted upon selection.
• ESIC reserves the right to cancel, increase, or decrease vacancies without prior notice.
• Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
• No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
• Hostel accommodation/quarters will not be provided.
• Selected candidates must furnish a “No Objection Certificate” (NOC) from their employer, if applicable.
• Resignation before 9 months will lead to security deposit forfeiture.
• The decision of the Selection Board will be final.
