2. Only candidates who have received communication from HAL are eligible to apply for the notified posts.

3. Candidates can apply only once; applications cannot be altered after submission. A valid email ID and mobile number must be entered in the application for communication regarding the Written Test, Document Verification, medical test, etc. HAL will not be responsible for bounced emails.

4.    Requests for changes to the date of Birth, Mobile Number, Mailing Address, Category, Qualification, Discipline, etc., declared in the application will not be entertained.

5.   If any information or certificates provided by the candidates are found to be false, incomplete, or not in conformity with eligibility criteria at any stage, the candidature/appointment will be revoked/terminated without reference.

6.   No applications will be accepted in person for HAL Diploma Technicians Job 2024.

7.   Applicants working in central, Government/ Public Sector Undertakings, including those on contract, must produce a “No Objection Certificate (NOC)” at the time of Document Verification. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of their candidature and no travel Allowance will be paid.

15. Appearance in the Written Test is provisional and does not guarantee any claim to the post. Candidates failing to meet essential eligibility criteria will be debarred at any stage. HAL’s decision is final.

16. HAL’s decisions on eligibility, application acceptance/ rejection, selection mode, and Written test conduct are final and binding.

17. HAL reserves the right to cancel, restrict, or modify the notification criteria, recruitment process, and selection process without notice. The number of vacancies can be modified at HAL’s discretion.

18.    Shortlisting for the written Test is provisional, based on details/documents submitted by candidates without age, qualification, or category verification.

19.    Meeting the notification conditions does not automatically entitle candidates to be called for a Written Test/ Document test, and Engagement.

20.    Applicants with work experience in Private Sector Organizations must submit an experience Certificate on the company’s letterhead. Those with age relaxation must produce this certificate to receive the provisional offer.

21.   Candidates with higher qualifications than those indicated in the Notification are not eligible to apply.

22.   Candidates should apply for any one post only for HAL Diploma Technicians Job 2024.

23. Candidates with Part-time / Correspondence / Distance Education / E-learning qualifications will not be eligible to apply.

24. Engagement is subject to a satisfactory Medical Report from HAL’s Doctor, verification of Caste/Income & Asset/Disability Certificates (if applicable), and Character & Antecedents/Vigilance Clearance as per Company Rules.
