| ITI Trade Apprentices | ·        Passed 10th class under the 10+2 education system or its equivalent.
·        Completed prescribed ITI training (1 or 2 years based on the trade) under NCVT or SCVT. ·         The ITI course must be a regular, full-time program. |
| Vocational Trade Apprentices | ·        Passed Intermediate (12th) examination in 2022, 2023, or 2024.
·        Must have studied the relevant vocational trade subject in the qualifying exam. |

2.      Intermediate (Class XII) marks sheet for Vocational Trade. 3.      ITI mark sheet or internet-downloaded result sheet. 4.      National Trade Certificate (NTC) for ITI Trade. 5.      Apprenticeship portal registration copy (apprenticeshipindia.gov.in) for ITI Trade. 6.      Aadhaar card and PAN card copies. 7.      Domicile certificate (issued after 01/ 01/ 2022). 8.      Caste certificate (SC/ ST), OBC (NCL) (issued after 01/ 04/ 2022), EWS (issued after 01/ 04/ 2024), or PWD certificate by the competent authority. 9.      COVID-19 vaccination certificate. |

| 1.      Candidates pursuing or having completed Apprenticeship Training are not eligible.
2.      ITI candidates under the COE (Center of Excellence) course are not eligible. 3.      Only Indian Nationals can apply. 4.      Reservation for SC/ ST/ OBC (NCL)/ EWS/ PWD candidates will be as per Government/ HAL guidelines. EWS certificates must be issued on or after 01/04/ 2024, and OBC (NCL) certificates on or after 01/ 04/ 2022. 5.      Dependents (son/ daughter/ spouse) of HAL employees must submit proof from HAL HR. 6.      Age limit: 18-27 years as of 31/01/2025 (relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, and 10 years for PWD). 7.      Candidates must ensure their eligibility and provide accurate information. Incorrect/ incomplete details may result in cancellation. 8.      ITI applicants must register on the apprenticeship portal (apprenticeshipindia.gov.in) and note the registration number. 9.      Vocational Trade candidates must register with the RDSDE, Kanpur. 10.  The application form and checklist are included with the notification. 11.  Download, fill out the application form, and send it via post/ courier to:
12.  Vocational Trade applicants should fill out Form- B only; ITI applicants should not fill this form. 13.  Training duration is one year. 14.  For queries, contact 0512-2458752 (Mon-Fri, 9 AM – 3 PM). 15.  Candidates must ensure correct data entry (email, phone, Aadhaar, etc.). HAL is not responsible for rejection due to incorrect details or delayed postal delivery. 16.  Reservation claimants must submit caste and domicile certificates from the same state. 17.  HAL reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage. 18.  Successful application does not guarantee participation in the selection process. HAL’s decision on eligibility is final. 19.  Provisionally selected candidates will be informed by post. 20.  Stipend will be paid as per the Apprentices Act, 1961. 21.  Fully vaccinated candidates must attach the COVID-19 vaccination certificate. 22.  No TA/ DA will be provided for the selection process. 23.  Selection will be based on merit (70% weightage to High School marks and 30% to ITI marks). CGPA results must be converted to percentages per board guidelines. 24.  Selected candidates must submit character and medical certificates as per their domicile address. 25.  Canvassing will lead to immediate cancellation of candidature. 26.  Candidature will be canceled at any stage if found ineligible as per the rules.
