Selection Process: HPSC Administrative Services 2025

The HPPSC Exam 2025 follows a three-stage selection process:

Stage 1: Preliminary Examination (Screening Test)

• Two objective-type papers (General Studies & Aptitude Test)
• 400 marks total (Paper I: 200 marks; Paper II: 200 marks)
• Minimum 33% qualifying marks is required in Paper II (Aptitude Test).

Stage 2: Main Examination

• Written examination with compulsory subjects & optional subjects.
• Marks from the Main Exam + Personality Test determine the final ranking.
• Candidates must secure a minimum of 40% marks in Hindi & English and 45% aggregate marks to qualify.

Stage 3: Personality Test (Interview Round)
