How to Apply:1.      Candidates must apply online through the website (Careers); no other modes are accepted. 2.      Applicants need a valid personal Email ID and Mobile number throughout the recruitment process. The system generates a Provisional Registration Number and password for saved data, sent via Email & SMS. 3.      Use of special characters is not allowed. Candidates can save and edit data three times, noting the Provisional Registration Number and password. Once complete, submission is required. 4.      Careful self-filling is advised; no changes are possible after FINAL SUBMIT. Visually Impaired candidates must verify details before submission. 5.      All online application details are final; no modifications are allowed after submission. 6.      An Email/SMS with a Registration Number and Password is sent on successful registration. Non-receipt indicates unsuccessful registration. 7.      Incomplete applications (without photo & signature) are not accepted. 8.      Submitted information is binding; false details may lead to prosecution. 9.       Identity Verification: 10.  During selection, submit the original call letter and a photocopy of a valid photo identity (matching the call letter) such as a PAN Card/Passport/Driving License/Voter’s Card. 11.  Identity is verified against the call letter, Attendance List, and submitted documents. Ration Card is not accepted. 12.  Name changes require original Gazette notification/marriage certificate/affidavit. Multiple applications result in the acceptance of the latest complete application, with fees forfeited for multiple registrations. 6.       Recruitment Process: The Bank holds the right to alter any aspect of the recruitment process, including eligibility criteria. 7.      Selection Process Re-hold: The Bank may re-conduct the selection process at its discretion, for specific centers, venues, or candidates. 8.      Appointment Verification: Appointments remain provisional pending caste/tribe certificate verification. False claims lead to immediate termination. 9.      Travel Concession: SC/ST candidates eligible for the selection process may be reimbursed second-class railway fare for travel. 10.  Reserved Category Applicants: Candidates from reserved categories can apply for unreserved vacancies if they meet all eligibility criteria. 11.  Employed Candidates: Government/Quasi-Government employees need a ‘No Objection Certificate’ and a discharge certificate/release order. 12.  Mark-Sheet Policy: The Bank does not provide mark sheets/scorecards for any selection process. 13.  Eligibility Queries: The Bank does not entertain eligibility queries from candidates. 14.  Canvassing Disqualification: Canvassing in any form leads to disqualification. 15.  Decision Authority: IDBI Bank’s decisions on eligibility, selection process, minimum standards, vacancies, and results are final and binding. 16.  Criminal Cases Disclosure: Candidates may need to disclose pending criminal cases during the Personal Interview (PI).
