The Indian Army TES-54 recruitment drive is an excellent opportunity for unmarried male candidates who aspire to serve the nation through the Technical Entry Scheme. Candidates who have passed 10+2 with PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) and appeared in JEE Mains 2025 are eligible to apply for Permanent Commission. Selected candidates will undergo a four-year training program leading to an engineering degree and commissioning as a Lieutenant in the Indian Army.

The selection process for TES-54 Recruitment consists of multiple rigorous stages to ensure only the best candidates are chosen:

Step 1: Shortlisting of Applications

✅ The Indian Army will shortlist candidates based on JEE Mains CRL ranks.

✅ Cut-off marks will be published in July 2025.

✅ Selected candidates will receive SSB interview call letters via email & SMS.

Step 2: SSB Interview (Five-Day Process)

✅ Takes place at Prayagraj (UP), Bhopal (MP), Bengaluru (Karnataka), or Jalandhar (Punjab).

✅ Includes psychological tests, group tasks, and personal interviews.

Step 3: Medical Examination

✅ Conducted at designated Military Hospitals.

✅ Only Medically Fit candidates will be included in the final merit list.

Step 4: Merit List & Joining Letter

✅ Candidates are ranked only based on SSB performance.

✅ Joining letters will be issued to top-ranked candidates, depending on vacancies available.
