(ii) BBA/ MBA (Culinary Arts) from Indian Culinary Institutes under the Ministry of Tourism.

(iii) B.Sc. Hotel Management and Catering Science from Government recognized universities affiliated with UGC/ AICTE/ Govt. of India.

(iv) MBA (Tourism and Hotel Management) from government-recognized universities affiliated with UGC/ AICTE/ Govt. of India.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in relevant field.

·         Pay Scale: Rs. 30000/-

·         Upper age limit: 28 Years.

• Supervise/ monitor food production, quality, and services in nominated mobile/ static catering units.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard hospitality procedures/ practices.
• Manage resources for nominated mobile/ static catering units.
• Resolve customer and passenger care issues and manage complaints effectively.
• Collect feedback, analyze it, and implement necessary adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
• Supervise staff in equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate with departments, offices, and business partners.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the IRCTC.

Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC)

1. This engagement is purely contractual and does not guarantee regular/ permanent employment with IRCTC.
2. The contract may be terminated by either party with one month’s notice. Unsatisfactory performance may lead to termination with 15 days’ notice.
3. Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
4. Candidates currently employed in government or PSUs must apply through the proper channels or submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) during the interview. A proper relieving letter is required upon selection.
5. IRCTC reserves the right to cancel or amend the advertisement and selection process.
6. The number of vacancies may vary depending on IRCTC’s requirements at the time of engagement.
7. Candidates must ensure they meet the prescribed eligibility criteria. Any falsification of information will result in immediate termination.
8. Selected candidates must provide a security deposit of Rs. 25,000 via DD.
9. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the walk-in interview.
10. Candidates are responsible for arranging their accommodation and meals in the event of extended interviews.
11. Desirable skills include knowledge of MS Office and report preparation.
12. Problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills are essential.
13. Any updates or clarifications will be posted on the IRCTC website; no separate newspaper coverage will be provided.
