The selection will follow a two-stage process:

Stage 1: Shortlisting

Candidates are shortlisted through a point-based system using component weightage.

Stage 2: Assessment

Shortlisted candidates are invited to ITI Limited’s Corporate Office in Bangalore for:

• Group Discussion (GD)
• Personal Interview (PI)

• The initial contract for Young Professionals is 1 year, extendable up to 3 years based on annual performance.
• Only candidates meeting qualifications and experience criteria are hired.
• Retired Government servants are not eligible for direct engagement.

2. Place of Posting:

• Positions are located anywhere in India as per the Company’s needs.

3. Rotation:

• Young Professionals may be rotated to other units of ITI Limited as required.

4. Remuneration & Allowances:

• Monthly remuneration is Rs. 60,000 (consolidated), inclusive of taxes, with no additional allowances (e.g., DA, accommodation, transport).
• Tough Location Allowance is applicable under the Tough Location Policy if posted in such areas.

5. Working Hours & Attendance:

• Working hours are aligned with ITI employees.
• No additional payment for overtime, weekends, or holidays.

6. Leave Entitlement:

• 12 days of Casual Leave per year (prorated); maternity leave per the Maternity Benefit Act is available for female YPs.

7. Service Conditions:

• Full-time engagement in specific roles as per ITI Limited’s requirements.
• Engagement is ad hoc; ITI Limited can terminate the contract without reason.
• Outside assignments are not permitted during the contract.

8. Contractual Terms:

• Legal Status: Young Professionals are independent consultants and not ITI employees.
• Probation: First 3 months as probationary; continuation depends on performance.
• Termination: ITI Limited can terminate the contract without notice; YPs must give one month’s notice if resigning. Absence of 8 days without notice may lead to automatic termination.

1. Eligibility:

• Only Indian nationals may apply.
• Qualifications must be from AICTE/ UGC-recognized institutions in India.
• Maximum age and educational qualifications are considered as of the advertisement date, and experience is as of the application deadline.

2. Application Process:

• All applications should be submitted online, and each candidate may submit only one application.
• Documents supporting post-qualification experience should be uploaded.
• Applications with incomplete information or missing documents are liable to be rejected.

3. Selection Criteria:

• The company reserves the right to shortlist candidates based on eligibility criteria.
• Eligibility alone does not guarantee selection or an interview.
• Transparent selection based on merit; ITI Limited does not demand any fees for the process.

4. Qualifications & Marks Calculation:

• Aggregate marks should not be rounded off, and percentages should be calculated as per institutional norms.
• For integrated programs, BE/ B.Tech marks will be considered if both degrees are awarded; otherwise, consolidated M.Tech marks will be used.

5. General Conditions:

• The company reserves the right to adjust the number of posts as per future needs.
• Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
• ITI Limited holds the right to cancel or partially fill any post.

6. Other Conditions:

• Applications inconsistent with eligibility criteria or misleading information may be rejected.
• Fraudulent employment communications will not be honored; the company may take legal action against fraudsters.
• No TA/ DA will be provided for interviews or initial joining.

7. Additional Information:

• Court jurisdiction is limited to Bangalore.
