1.       Mandatory Documents:

·         Date of Birth Certificate (Secondary School/ Matric Certificate)— 1 leaf.

·         Domicile Certificate: 1 leaf.

·         Bachelor’s Degree.

·         Post-graduation degree with consolidated marks card.

·         M.Phil Degree Certificate with consolidated marks sheet.

·         Ph.D. Degree (in the relevant subject) certificate/ MSP certificate.

2.       Mandatory Documents (if claiming benefit under a specific category):

·         Valid Category Certificate: 1 leaf.

·         Disability Certificate (for physically challenged candidates) in the prescribed format—1 leaf.

·         In-Service Certificate signed by HOD.

3.       Additional Documents (if claiming weightage):

·         NCC (“C Certificate”)/ NSS (National Level Two camps).

1.       Visit the JKPSC website, www.jkpsc.nic.in. Only online applications are accepted.

2.       Registration/Login:

·         For new users: Click “One Time Registration” to create a profile.

·         For existing users: Click “Login” to access your account.

3.       Fill OTR Details:

·         Enter personal information, contact details, educational qualifications, and service details.

4.       Upload Images:

·         Upload a recent passport-size color photograph (dated after 01.01.2024) and signature in *.jpeg or *.jpg format (size: 10kB to 20kB).

5.       Verify Eligibility:

·         Check the eligibility criteria in the advertisement notification before applying.

6.       Select Post:

·         Click “Show Examination” to view posts.

·         Select the advertisement month and the desired post.

7.       Apply for the Post:

·         Click “APPLY” against the eligible post.

·         Read the instructions carefully before proceeding.

8.       Complete Application:

·         Fill in the remaining fields and accept the declaration.

·         Verify details and click “SUBMIT” for final submission.

9.       Fee Payment:

·         Pay the requisite fee online via the “SUBMITTED APPLICATIONS” menu.

10.   Check Fee Status:

·         After payment, verify the fee status through your account’s “Print Application” option.

1.       Application Availability:

·         Application forms and instructions will be available on the Commission’s website starting 10.12.2024.

2.       Pre-application Requirements:

·         Read the instructions and check all eligibility conditions before applying.

·         Update your One-Time Registration (OTR) before filling out the application.

3.       Application Deadline:

·         Submit the online application and the fee by 09.01.2025 (online mode only).

4.       Eligibility Cut-Off:

·         Eligibility regarding domicile, educational, and professional qualifications will be determined as of the notification’s last application date.

·         Minimum and maximum age will be calculated as of January 1, 2024.

5.       Application Editing Window:

·         Certain fields can be edited in the online application from 10.01.2025 to 12.01.2025.

6.       Document Submission:

·         No hard copy of the application form or supporting documents is required to be submitted to the Commission.

7.       Submission Advice:

·         Apply well before the deadline to avoid issues like website overload or payment failures.
