MPMRCL Supervisors Job 2024 Notification. Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited (MPMRCL), a joint venture of the Government of India and the Government of Madhya Pradesh, invites applications for backlog/ new posts on a contract basis. The recruitment is for qualified and experienced professionals from railways, metro organizations, PSUs, or relevant private/consultant firms for the Bhopal and Indore Metro Rail Projects. The initial contract is for 3 years, extendable up to 5 years or until the age of 60, as per project requirements.

2.       Work Experience:

• Post-qualification experience in security management with Armed Forces, CRPF, CISF, Police, BSF, RPF, other paramilitary organizations, OR
• Security roles in Railways, Railway PSUs, Metro organizations, Metro PSUs, OR
• Private firms or consultant firms serving Metro organizations.

1.       MPMRCL reserves the right to shortlist candidates for interviews based on relevant Metro experience and seniority in the desired pay scale.

2.       Shortlisted candidates will be informed via the registered email ID provided during the application. No separate communication by post will be sent.

3.       Instructions for the interview will be shared through email.

4.       Shortlisted candidates must appear for the interview (online or offline) on the scheduled date and time with original documents, testimonials, and experience certificates.

5.       No requests for rescheduling the interview date or time will be entertained.

6.       Candidates should regularly visit www.mpmetrorail.com for updates.

7.       A written test may be conducted if required.

8.       Selection criteria may be relaxed for candidates with good experience in similar projects.

9.       Original documents supporting age, qualification, experience, pay scale, promotion orders, and current pay slip must be uploaded during application and presented during the interview or after selection. Two sets of photocopies should be submitted at the time of joining.

1.       The number of posts may vary based on requirements.

2.       “Metro” refers to the Metro Rail System.

3.       Post-qualification experience is considered after meeting the qualification criteria, as per the advertisement.

4.       Experience and age will be calculated as of the closing date of the advertisement.

5.       Prescribed qualifications are the minimum requirements; possessing them does not guarantee an interview call.

6.       Minimum post-qualification experience is required, but it does not ensure interview/ selection.

7.       Selected candidates will undergo medical examinations per MPMRCL standards.

8.       Posting locations may include Bhopal, Indore, or other MPMRCL projects within or outside Madhya Pradesh. Candidates may also be assigned to other sub-domains as needed.
