The selection process for the State Service Examination 2024 comprises five distinct stages, outlined as follows:

Preliminary Examination (Prelims):

·         This serves as the initial stage of the selection process.

·         Aspirants must successfully clear the Preliminary exam to progress to the subsequent stages.

Main Examination (Mains):

·         Only candidates who clear the Preliminary exam will be called for the Main Examination.

The final selection list will be prepared based on the performance in the Main Examination, Interview, Physical Ability Test, and Medical Test.

Interview:

·         Candidates who qualify for the Mains will undergo an interview process.

·         The interview phase is crucial in determining the candidate’s suitability for the State Service positions.

Physical Ability Test:

·         Following the interview, candidates may be subjected to a Physical Ability Test.

·         This stage evaluates the physical fitness and capabilities of the candidates relevant to the requirements of the State Service positions.

Medical Test:
