• Admission to the State Service Preliminary Examination is provisional, as no certificates (e.g., educational qualifications, birth date, caste, etc.) are required with the online application form.
• Certificates must be submitted with the personal detail form and attestation form after qualifying for the main examination. Failure to submit documents within the prescribed date will result in automatic disqualification.

2. Role of Preliminary Exam:

• The preliminary exam is only a screening test for the main exam. Marks obtained in this exam are not added to the final selection.

3. Revaluation Policy:

• The commission does not entertain requests for revaluation or recounting of marks.

4. Correspondence with Commission:

• Candidates must include their full name, category, exam name, registration number, roll number, exam center, address, and mobile number in all correspondence with the commission.

5. Communication via Mobile and Email:

• Information will only be shared through SMS or email on the registered mobile number and email ID provided in the application form.

6. Disciplinary Conduct During Exam:

• Candidates must follow the instructions of the exam supervisor and avoid misconduct like cheating, using unfair means, damaging OMR sheets, or disobeying instructions. Such actions are punishable.
• Writing roll numbers or other markings on any part of the answer sheet other than the designated area will be considered identification marks and may lead to disqualification.

7. Prohibited Items in Exam Hall:

• Mobile phones, calculators, pencils, erasers, sharpeners, whiteners, pagers, vehicle keys, or any electronic devices are not allowed in the exam hall.

8. Signature Consistency:

• The candidate’s signature must match the application form, attendance sheet, and all communications. Any mismatch may result in disqualification.

9. Application Deadline:

• The last date for submitting the online application form is 17th January 2025 (by noon).

10. Employer’s No-Objection Certificate (NOC):

• Candidates employed in permanent or temporary government services must inform their department head about their application.
• If an objection is raised by the employer at any stage, the application may be rejected and the candidature canceled.

11. Documents Required for Main Exam of MPPSC State Service Exam 2025:

• Candidates qualified for the Main Exam must submit the following documents with their details and attestation forms:
• Age Proof: High School/Higher Secondary or Matriculation mark sheet/certificate with date of birth.
• Educational Qualifications: Self-attested mark sheets of all exams passed, including high school and beyond (not mandatory to attach degrees).
• EWS Certificate: Valid certificate for FY 2024-25 issued by a competent authority for EWS candidates.
• Caste Certificate: Valid SC/ ST/ OBC certificate issued by the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue) of Madhya Pradesh.
• • For married women, the caste certificate must mention their father’s name.
  • OBC candidates must provide proof of non-creamy layer status in the prescribed format.
  • OBC candidates failing to provide non-creamy layer proof will not be eligible for any benefits and will be considered under the unreserved category.
  • Declaration for Non-Creamy Layer (OBC): OBC candidates must submit a declaration stating they do not fall under the creamy layer per the latest government criteria.
