DHFWS Hisar is inviting online applications to fill various vacant posts under different schemes of the NHM Programme for various health institutions in District Hisar. These positions are purely on a contract basis, initially until 31/03/2025 or the approved date in NHM Haryana ROP 2024-25, whichever comes earlier.

(ii)     Application Fee: Rs. 500/- per applicant for each post in the General Category and Rs. 250/- per applicant for each post in the Reserved Category, non-refundable. One application per post only.

(iii) Application Requirements: Applicants must provide full details, including contact number, email ID, postal address with PIN code, passport size photo, signature, thumb impression, documents of educational qualifications, proof of residence, government and semi-government experience, and salary slip.

(iv)  Document Verification: The application form generated/submitted online along with one set of photocopies of all relevant documents and two passport-size photographs, must be submitted at the time of document verification. Original documents supporting academic qualifications and work experience must also be produced during verification.

(v)    The date, time, and venue for document verification will be announced on the web portal http://haryanahealthhisar.in after the online form submission deadline.

(vi)   The selection criteria for NHM recruitment, issued by the Mission Director NHM Haryana (letter no. NHM/Admin/HRC-1/2023-24/10885-905 dated 20-03-2023), will be strictly followed.

(vii)                         Candidate experience for the mentioned NHM posts will be considered as per the instructions in letter no. NHM/Admin/HRC-11/2024-25/2163 dated 21, 2024.

(ii)    Existing contractual employees under NHM can avail of age relaxation for applying to vacant posts as per letter no. NHM/Admin/HR/2020-21/4776-98 dated 17-08-2020.

(iii)   Private practice is not allowed for NHM staff after duty hours or on holidays (letter no 1/ 752/ NHM/ A4/ 2014/ 97391-429 dated 11.03.2014).

(iv)  For NHM recruitment, MBBS doctors must be registered with the Medical Council of India or any State Medical Council (letter no NHM/ Admin/ A1/ 2018-19/ 3359-79 dated 07-8-18).

(v)    Preference will be given to candidates residing in District Hisar. Proof of residence is required, and for married females, proof after marriage will be considered.

(vi)   The Civil Surgeon’s office reserves the right to reject any application with misleading information and can cancel the recruitment process at any time.

(vii)  The number of posts may be increased, decreased, or withdrawn by the Civil Surgeon Hisar.

(viii) Clerical mistakes in the recruitment process will be corrected with the Civil Surgeon’s permission.

(ix)   Individuals dismissed from government or NHM services are not eligible for appointments (letter no. NHM/ Admin/ HR/A1/ 2022-23/ 10007-10028 dated 11-01-2023).

(x)    Degrees or diplomas obtained through distance or regular mode must be approved by the Distance Education Council, UGC, or AICTE. Proof of approval must be provided.

(xi)   Applicants should not have been dismissed from government services or have any legal charges against them.

(xii)  Additional work under NHM may be assigned by the appointing authority. Contracts may not be renewed automatically and can be terminated if performance is unsatisfactory.

(xiii)  Selected candidates cannot claim regularization based on contract duties under NHM.

(xiv)   No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview, and no separate interview notice will be sent.

(xv) NHM contractual employees are governed by the “Service Bye-Laws” as per Memo No. Admin/ NHM/ A1/ 2017-18/ 4361-81 dated 29.12.2017.
